Marc Mizuta, PE, TE, PTOE

Mr. Mizuta brings more than 28 years of experience in traffic engineering and transportation planning. He has led traffic operations studies, transportation plans, and traffic impact analyses for a wide range of projects.

Throughout his career, he has successfully managed complex, multi-jurisdictional efforts requiring close coordination among city, county, and state agencies — balancing the needs of transit providers, highway systems, and local roadways while keeping projects on schedule.

His expertise includes traffic operations analysis, alternatives evaluation, feasibility studies, cost–benefit analysis, VMT assessments, impact identification, and the development of practical mitigation strategies.
